2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, as agreed

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least [24/48] hours before scheduled service may be eligible for a refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable

4. Changes to Reservations

We will do our best to accommodate changes to pickup times, locations, or dates, subject to availability.

We are not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by weather, traffic, border delays, flight changes, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Arriving on time at the agreed pickup location
• Ensuring proper documentation for border crossings, if applicable

7. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Reasonable luggage is permitted. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.

8. Health and Safety

Passengers must comply with driver instructions and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Travel Belize Shuttle and Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belize.
